1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been awarded proper marks in the departmental examination conducted for the "Chhattisgarh Adhinasth Lekha Sewa (Vibhagiya) Pariksha Part-I".

2. The contention of the petitioner is that though the examination was conducted in the year 2016, but it is only now that the petitioner has been provided the answer sheet under the Right to Information Act and on scrutinizing the same, it is revealed that he has attempted all the answers correctly, yet he has not been granted the full marks that he was otherwise entitled for and in the process he has lost his chance for being eligible for further promotions.

-23. Perusal of the record would also reveal that the petitioner has till date not made a representation or raised an objection in this regard to any of the higher authorities in the department.

4. Be that as it may, the writ petition itself is therefore being disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.2 in this regard, who in turn shall personally scrutinize the representation of the petitioner and shall objectively decide the same.

5. Subject to the petitioner making a representation within 10 days from today, the respondent No.2 is expected to take a decision within a further period of 45 days thereafter.
