1. The instant is a revision against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 08.06.2005 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 323 of 2004 by the Additional Sessions Judge Durg (C.G.).

2. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has died during the pendecy of this revision. He submitted a photocopy of death certificate. As per photocopy of the death certificate, applicant has died on 17.12.2016.

3. There is no application on behalf of any legal representative of the deceased to prosecute this revision further.

4. In light of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having become abated.
