By filing the instant M.C.C., learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant M.C.C. is against the order dated 21-06-2016 passed in Tax Case No.14 of 2016 (Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, 1(2), Raipur, Chhattisgarh Vs. M/s Alu Bond Enterprise, 95-A, Vill. Khirki, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi) whereby and whereunder this Court dismissed the appeal for want of prosecution as no one represented the appellant when the case was called up for hearing.
