1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.16/2017 registered in Police Station Chotebethiya, District U.B. Kanker for offence under Sections 363, 366, 344 & 376 (2)(n) of the IPC; Section 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The applicant, a married man, abducted the prosecutrix aged about 16 years and 2 months and took her to his native place at village Barouli @ Badgaon, PS Dholna, District Kasganj, where he committed regular sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix. The prosecutrix was

recovered from the applicant's house on 14.8.2017 but the applicant absconded and could be arrested after about 2 years.

3. Considering that the applicant being a married man, abducted a minor and was thus keeping two wives in his house and later on absconded, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
