Both the parties would agree that the date of tripartite agreement mentioned as 24.09.2014 in para 2 of the order dated 08.05.2018 in WPPIL No.129/2017 is not correct, as the correct date of the said agreement is 24.09.2013.

Considering the submission, the date of tripartite agreement mentioned in para 2 of the above stated order shall stand corrected and shall be read as 24.09.2013 instead of 24.09.2014.

The MCC stands disposed of.
