The Petitioner has filed this review petition on the ground that some facts have wrongly been stated in the judgment dated 23.06.2016 passed in Writ Appeal No. 256 of 2016.

This aforesaid judgment was passed in the open Court and at that time, learned Counsel for the Petitioner did not point out that there was any factual error in the judgment. There is no error apparent on the face of the record which can be rectified in a review petition.
