1. The order under challenge is passed by the CEO Zila Panchayat, Rajnandgaon and any order passed of like nature is appealable to the Divisional Commissioner according to Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1999. Since, alternative statutory remedy is available, therefore, I am not inclined to exercise the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
