(2) The applicant has filed this application for modification/correction in order dated 03.01.2017 passed in W.P.(S) No.4927/2016. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in order dated 03.01.2017 passed in W.P.(S) No.4927/2016 may be modified and it is held that the applicant is entitled for maternity leave w.e.f. 17.06.2016 for 180 days as she was on duty from 15.03.2016 to 16.06.2016.

(4) I have heard learned counsel for the applicant.

(5) After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, in the interest of justice, it is held that the petitioner will be entitled for maternity leave as per rules w.e.f. 17.06.2016 and leave period be calculated accordingly. Other contents of order dated 03.01.2017 shall remain intact.

(6) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
