2. The order, of which contempt is alleged, was passed in WP227/6158/2009 preferred by the State of Chhattisgarh and another on 10.04.2015.

3. Since the writ petition was not filed by the petitioner herein this Court has not issued any writ of which non-compliance can be alleged or would arise. This Court only affirmed the order passed by the Industrial Court and the Labour Court without issuing any further direction in the matter.

4. Let the petitioner move duly constituted application under Section 91 of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act,1960 before the concerned Labour Court. If such application is filed the said Court shall proceed in the matter expeditiously.
