By this petition, the petitioner, who is Part Time Sweeper, has prayed for direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of salary/wages to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly performing his duties since his appointment, however, the petitioner is not getting any salary for the period he has worked in the institution.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition at this stage is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authority to pay salary to the petitioner for the period he has worked, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
