1. This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 28-02-2018 passed by this Court passed in WP(S) No. 5470 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order in question has not been complied with substantially.

3. A careful perusal of the impugned order would show that on 06-11-2018, Chhattisgarh Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. has passed an order and rejected the representation of the petitioner L.K. Madharia and held that he is not entitled for further amount. However, petitioner is at liberty to question the said

order in accordance with law.
