Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 06/08/2019 1.

The present contempt petition was filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 14.11.2018 passed in WPS No. 51/2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order has since been complied with. He produces before this Court an order dated 16.1.2019 and the minutes of meeting that was held by the committee on 5.11.2018. In view of the documents so produced before the Court showing that the committee has already scrutinized the case of the petitioner and has taken a decision, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 3.

If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent decision of the committee, the recourse available to him is to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding. Veracity of the said order cannot be subjected to judicial review under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court. 4.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE /sharad/
