1. This PIL has been filed by the petitioner, claiming to be a public-spirited person, making allegation against certain alleged illegality in allotment made by the local body/Municipal Corporation Raipur.

2. At the outset, we find that the petitioner has filed this PIL directly approaching this Court, without raising any grievance of alleged illegality for allotment, to the higher authority in the State Government.

3. Without commenting on merits of the case, as the petitioner has directly approached this Court, we are not inclined to entertain this PIL. This PIL is, therefore, dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach Competent Authority in the State Government raising such grievances which have been raised in this petition.
