This application is filed on the premise that the statement in paragraph 4 of the order sought to be reviewed has been erroneously recorded. It is submitted that the Review Petitioner, who was the 3rd Respondent in the writ petition had not vacated the premises. We record the said submission and vacate paragraph 4

of the order sought to be reviewed to the extent it contains the recording of a submission that the tenant had actually vacated the premises. This means that the order sought to be reviewed will be read without any such submission, but the direction to the Tribunal to expedite early disposal of the matter will be given effect to.
