1. Counsel for the petitioner makes an oral prayer for amending in the cause-title.

3. Accordingly, the oral request stands allowed and let necessary amendment be carried out during the course of the day.

4. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally at motion stage.

5. Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time prays that the writ petition may be disposed off permitting the petitioner to make representation to the authorities concerned for ventilating his grievances.

6. In case is such representation is made, the authorities concerned are expected to decide the same in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the service condition of the petitioner.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
