The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.585/2016 registered in Police Station Supela, Dist-Durg (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 25 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on information received on 22/06/2016 that the applicant alongwith other co-accused were standing, on raid being made from the possession of applicant two live catridges were recovered whereas from the other co-accused Shailendra Pasvan one country made pistol was recovered.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that recovery of arms was not made from this applicant and the charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation is necessary, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet in this case has been filed and applicant is in jail since 22/06/2016, this

court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
