Since the Criminal Revision No. 421 of 2005 filed earlier by the same accused, against the same judgment impugned and that against the same crime alleged to have been committed, has been decided by order dated 31.07.2017 passed in Criminal Revision No. 421 of 2005.

This revision i.e. (Criminal Revision No. 436 of 2005) filed subsequently become redundant and therefore, dismissed as such.
