Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the similar circumstances, the Board of Revenue has allowed another petition issue in which is similar to this petition, therefore, the petitioner may be given opportunity to withdraw this petition to file the review in view of the another order which is passed in the case of M/s Vandana

Ispat Limited Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & ors. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for and the petitioner shall also have the liberty to approach this Court in case if any cause of action arises in future.
