1. Petitioner's complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act,1881 is pending consideration before learned JMFC, Durg against which he has preferred this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint case No. 575/2014 is pending adjucation since 23/01/2014 and there is no substantial progress in the trial.

3. Be that as it may, learned JMFC, Durg is directed to consider and dispose of the complaint case filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
