Mr. Suresh Verma, Counsel for respondent No.1. In the course of hearing today, paper book of First Appeal No.17/2015 (Ishwar Prasad Kashyap Vs. Vinod Bansod and another) was not found to be in order.

In the paper book, memo of appeal was immediately followed by copy of the judgment and thereafter, copies of the annexures are filed with memo of appeal, then plaint, application under Order 39 Rule 1 &2 of CPC are filed and then, again plaint and thereafter, application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC, impugned judgment of the trial Court, complete order sheets followed by written statements, exhibits, depositions, then again exhibits, Vakalatnama, application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC, the plaintiff's application under Order 8 Rule 1 of CPC, the defendant's reply to the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of CPC, plaintiff's reply to the defendant's application under Section 65 of the Evidence Act, application under Order 8 Rule 1 of CPC, application under Order 14 Rule 5 of CPC, written arguments, various other applications including the application under Order 17 Rule 1 of CPC, application under Order 5 Rule 20 of CPC and written arguments are filed and the copy of the issues have been filed at the end of the paper book.

The entire paper book is haphazard and has not been prepared properly causing

inconvenience to us at the time of hearing.

The Registrar General is directed to issue show cause notice to the concerned staff of the paper book Section, who has prepared, checked and signed the paper book, as to why a Departmental Enquiry may not be initiated. The Registrar General shall obtain reply within two weeks and place the report before us in the form of MCC, which shall be listed immediately thereafter. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is heard finally. Judgment delivered separately.
