Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred even though he is not completed 10 years of posting. He further submits that petitioner being Senior Technical Inspector/Chemist of non sensitive cadre therefore, he is not within the preview of transfer policy. 2.

There is no policy document on record to show that the petitioner cannot be transferred within 10 years. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may prefer representation before the competent authority and

if such representation is preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
