Heard on the instant M.C.C./Application for restoration of writ petition (C) No. 474/2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 11.07.2016.

Having perused the application for restoration of writ petition (c), I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been explained by the counsel for the applicant for his non-appearance on 11.07.2016. 3.

Accordingly, the instant M.C.C./ application is allowed, order dated 11.07.2016 dismissing the Writ Petition (C) No. 474/2015 for want of prosecution is hereby recalled and the Writ Petition (C) No. 474/2015 is restored to its original number.

No order as to costs.
