The only ground, on which, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court against the impugned transfer order, is that the petitioner needs little adjustment on humanitarian ground, because his wife is suffering from breast cancer and she requires regular treatment at Raipur, which includes chemotherapy. 3.

Ordinarily, this Court does not interfere with the transfer order on personal grounds. However, considering the peculiar circumstances and the ailments of petitioner's wife, who is suffering from deadly disease and requires regular treatment at Raipur, the respondents shall consider as to whether it would be appropriate in the

administrative interest to adjust the petitioner either at the present place of posting or post him nearby station at Raipur so that the petitioner's posting is at equal distance from present place of posting and petitioner's wife may also get regular treatment at Raipur.

The petitioner has already preferred representation. Therefore, it is directed that the respondent authority may consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks.

For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner regarding non-joining of the petitioner at the transferred place of posting. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Tumane
