1. Petitioner has been compulsory retired by the respondent University on 16.08.2008, against which WPS No.6023/2008 is pending consideration before this Court.

2. In the present petition, the petitioner would pray for a direction to the respondent-University to decide his representation, wherein he has claimed benefit of 6th pay-scale in terms of the pay-fixation order issued by the respondent-University on 30.04.2016 vide Annexure P-7.

3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers fresh representation, in addition to the earlier representation (Annexure P-8) within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent-University shall

decide the representation by a speaking order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of submission of representation.
