The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, though there was an order of transfer, but the authorities concerned in spite of the petitioner being relieved was not been provided joining. 2.

On the previous date, this Court had asked the respondents to file an affidavit and to seek instructions.

The respondents have filed an affidavit and in paragraph 5-L of the said affidavit they have submitted that, necessary instructions would be issued at the earliest granting joining to the petitioner.

In the light of the affidavit submitted by the District Education Officer, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, let necessary steps be taken providing joining to the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today. 6.
