1. The interim order passed on 19.03.2019 was only for restraining the respondent from demolishing the subject construction raised by the petitioner.

2. It is informed in course of hearing that despite the order dated 06.04.2019 passed by Collector, Janjgir-Champa, the subject construction has not been demolished.

3. In view of the above no case for issuing notice of this

CONT No. 393 of 2019 contempt petition and taking cognizance in the matter is made out.
