The present writ petition has been preferred against the order dated 29.06.2021 whereby the petitioner has been by way of disciplinary proceedings punished with an order of reversion to the post of Junior Engineer from the post of Assistant Engineer.

Perusal of record would show that the said order is an appealable order and since it is an appealable order, let the petitioner prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 15 days from today and upon preferring an appeal the appellate authority in turn shall decide the appeal within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of appeal so filed by the petitioner.
