The petitioner has challenged the transfer order on the ground that he has been transferred to a place other than that for which he had given option.

2.

In the absence of there being any provision, the petitioner cannot claim as of right to be transferred to a place for which he had given option.

3.

When and where an employee is to be transferred on the ground of administrative exigency is a matter for consideration by the competent authority.

4.

Since the petitioner has preferred representation after passing of transfer order, this Court would not comment on merit of the case. His representation shall be decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks from today.

5.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
