The limited relief that the Petitioner has sought for through the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the appeal which the Petitioner has preferred against the Order dated 20.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by Respondent No.3, whereby the Petitioner has been reverted from the post of Jamadar to the post of Peon under the District Court establishment at Raipur.

Considering the fact that the appeal of Petitioner is pending consideration before Respondent No.2 for more than 8 months, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision in this regard, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
