1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate

appointment.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment is pending consideration before the respondents 3 & 4.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that let the petition be disposed of for an appropriate decision strictly in accordance with the rules and policies governing the filed.

4. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to take an appropriate decision strictly in accordance with the rules and policies of compassionate appointment governing the service conditions of the respondents 2 to 4. Let an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
