Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/08/2016 The petitioner has challenged appointment of respondent No.6 on the ground that respondent No.6 has procured appointment on the basis of forged documents. It is submitted that though complaints have been made to respondents, till date, no decision has been taken. 2.

In the matter of challenge to appointment of Aanganbadi Worker, petitioner's remedy lies in filing appeal to the Collector under Clause 11 of circular

dated 02/04/2008.

Therefore, the proper course of action would be to prefer an appeal. On this ground, I am not inclined to entertain this petition and the petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file appeal before the competent authority. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
