1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to respondents for releasing the salary for the month of October & November, 2019 and from March, 2020 till date.

2. According to the petitioner for this aforementioned period the petitioner has in fact discharged his duties with the respondents and therefore he is entitled for the salary for the months he has worked for.

3. Given the limited nature of relief that the petitioner has claimed for, the present writ petition at this admission stage is being disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 to immediately scrutinize the claim of the

petitioner and subject to verification of the fact whether he has worked for the period between October & November, 2019 and from March, 2020 till date, the claim of the petitioner be settled at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
