On due consideration of the reason assigned in the application, it is allowed. Delay in filing appeal is hereby condoned. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this appeal is filed by the claimants for enhancement of award and liability to satisfy the amount of compensation is upon Insurance Company, hence, appeal itself be disposed off finally.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that he is ready to argue the appeal finally.

With the consent of parties, appeal is heard finally. Order passed separately, signed and dated.
