The present Contempt Petition has been filed by Petitioner alleging non-compliance of Order dated 25.3.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No.1426/2021.

Perusal of record would show that the Respondent has in fact subsequent to the disposal of the aforementioned Writ Petition has considered and rejected the application of Petitioner once again. The said rejection has already been challenged by Petitioner in a Writ Petition i.e. WPS No.3499/2021 which has also been admitted for hearing. 3.

Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that the Order dated 25.3.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No.1426/2021 stands complied with. However, if the Petitioner is not satisfied with the conclusion arrived at by the Authority, since he has already availed the remedy of Writ Petition, reserving the right of Petitioner to pursue with the said Writ Petition, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of. 4.
