1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that medical bills submitted by the petitioner for payment to the Collector, Land Records, Bilaspur has not been considered and has not taken any decision.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation to the Collector (Land Records), Bilaspur within a period of 15 days from today and in turn, the Collector (Land Records), Bilaspur would consider and decide the said representation within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation on its own
merit. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case or any direction for grant of amount in dispute.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
