Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant writ petition with the liberty to file a revision under Section 47 (C) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of Annexure P-1 after retaining the photo copy of the same.
