1. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.24/2020, registered

at Police Station Rajpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21(C) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at length, prays that the concerned trial Court be directed to expedite the trail.

3. Prayer is fair and reasonable.

4. Be that as it may, the concerned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it expeditiously considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for a fairly long time.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this bail application stands disposed off.
