The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred from non scheduled area to core scheduled area whereas the petitioner has earlier remained posted in the scheduled area since 1992 to 2004. The other ground of challenge is more that of his personal difficulty.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner has remained posted in non scheduled area for last 12 years, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in exercise of writ jurisdiction.

However, representation made by petitioner may be considered and decided on the ground, which has been raised in the petition and decision be taken within a period of four weeks.
