Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/08/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to challenge the transfer order, however, respondents be directed to consider his representation in the matter of claim for payment of house rent allowance. It is submitted that the petitioner has already jointed at the transferred place of posting on 09/09/2014.

If the petitioner has complied with the transfer order and joined at the new place of posting, he is entitled to payment of house rent allowance in accordance with the applicable rules.

The grievance of the petitioner, in this aspect, should be considered and whatever amount is due and payable to the petitioner as per rules in the matter of payment of house rent allowance, should be paid to him. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider and take appropriate decision in this regard. 4.
