Sam Koshy Order On Board 25.06.2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the petitioner had preferred an appeal against the order of suspension which till date has not been decided though the appeal was filed on 25.11.2017. 2.

The petitioner on an earlier occasion had also filed a petition i.e. WPS No. 4656/2017 which was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer a departmental appeal.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the appellate authority shall decide the departmental appeal of the petitioner if it has not been decided till date at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from today.
