There is no any calculation by Registry as to within how many days the instant MCC has been filed after the dismissal of WP(S) No.1615/15. 2.
Registrar (Judicial) is directed to calculate the days regarding filing of the MCC in the light of earlier order passed by this Court. 3.
Though from perusal of the matter, it appears that WP(S) No.1615/2015 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 07-04-2017 and the instant MCC has been preferred on 25 April, 2017, it goes to show that the MCC has been preferred within 30 days from the dismissal of the said WP(S). It also goes to show that the instant MCC is within limitation as per the Limitation Act. Consequently, the instant MCC is admitted for consideration. 4.
Heard the matter finally.

On due consideration, the instant MCC is hereby allowed and WP(S) No.1615/2015 dismissed for want of prosecution on 07-04-2017 is restored to
