Transfer order is under challenge on the sole ground that though the petitioner has remained posted in the scheduled area for the last 27 years, he is again being transferred to the scheduled area whereas under the policy dated 03.06.2015 of the Government, an officer who has continuously remained posted in the scheduled area for considerable length of service, is entitled to be considered for being posted to any station outside scheduled area.

Considering the aforesaid ground, it requires consideration. However, it is found that the representation has not been made. If representation is made within ten days from today, the same shall be considered and decided keeping in view policy dated 03.06.2015 to explore the possibility of posting the petitioner to any station outside the scheduled area.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
