By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the respondents in revising seniority. On petitioner's own showing the cause of action appears to be provisional gradation list dated 28/06/2016 (Annexure P-1), by which, objection has been invited. Petitioner has submitted his objection. Till date, final gradation list has not been issued therefore, at this stage the petition is premature.

If in the final gradation list, the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed and his objection is rejected, petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the action of the respondents.
