1) Since all these cases arise out of same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2) The applicants have preferred these applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as they were arrested in connection with Crime No. 134/2021 for offence under Section 120-B /34, 366 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Sarsiwa, District- Balodabazar- Bhatapara (C.G.).

3) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw these applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
