On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel was granted time to seek instructions in light of the fact that there is any interim order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 3753 of 2014.

Learned State counsel submits that though selection has been made, list was prepared and the result is also declared as the petition is pending for this reason, the respondents have not passed any order in the matter of appointment.

If there is no interim order passed by this Court, mere pendency of the proceedings would not operate as stay. Respondents may take appropriate decision in the matter and reach to the logical conclusion. 4.
