Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 23.07.2018
1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to quash impugned order dated 25.01.2018 (Annexure P-1) qua the private respondents and to direct respondent authorities to convene review DPC and consider his name for promotion on the post of Principal with all consequential benefits if he is found fit for promotion on the same post in review DPD.
2. The petitioner is working as Vice-Principal of Government ITI and posted at Govt. ITI, Lakhanpur (Surguja).
3. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide his pending representation dated 28.01.2018 (Annexure P-3) within stipulated time.
4. Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.2 shall decided the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2018 (Annexure P-3) expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
