Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 02/03/2016 Heard on I.A.No.01/2016, application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the MCC is condoned. Also heard on M.C.C.No.150/2016 which is an application for restoration of W.P(S).No.1564/2005 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2012 for want of prosecution.
