1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of writ petition, election has already been taken place, therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to question the election in a duly constituted proceeding.
2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.
3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No order as to cost(s).
