On 27.01.2017 learned counsel appearing for the applicant had submitted that the applicant has died. The State counsel was directed to verify and submit a report.

The State counsel has submitted a report dated 14.02.2017 sent by the Station House Officer, Police Station Kanker, District Uttar Bastar Kanker supported by a death certificate of the sole applicant. The report is taken on record.

There is no application on behalf of any legal representative of the deceased applicant to prosecute this revision any further. 4.

In light of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as having become abated.

The record of the Court below be sent back along with a copy of this order forthwith.
