2. Heard.
3. The present MCC has been filed by the petitioner for modification/correction in the order dated 23.06.2020 passed by this Court in WPCR No.267/2020 (Ganesh Ram Suryavanshi v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others).
4. On due consideration, paragraphs No.2 & 3 of the order dated 23.06.2020 are modified to the following extent:- "2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for release on probation, which was filed on 10.04.2014, has yet not been decided by the appropriate
authority.
3.Ms. Veena Nair, learned State Counsel would submit that the concerned appropriate authority would consider the petitioner's application within three weeks."
5. Remaining part of the order dated 23.06.2020 shall remain intact.
6. In view of the above, the present MCC stands disposed of.
